Proper knife for proper italian pizza, 'Lucky Luciano'
You can tell it's a good pizza place by the knife they're giving out to cut the pizza. First, they never cut pizzas for you. They bring you hot, fresh pizza directly form the gas oven.
This place has ample space and quite atmosphere. Not like many restaurants in Paris, you can stretch your elbows between tabels ! (That's quite advantagerous right?)
The pizzas are served with the server's explanation which i believe was : Here is the most beautiful pizza of the world! Haha. I don't know about the world best tasting pizza, but relatively it looked real nice. It is located right near the Pompidou Center, so I believe it can be suitable for lunch after watching the exhibitions or any kind of art you can find in Pompidou.
